Seasonal & year-round positions available | Hourly + performance pay About Us We run two lighting brands under one roof: Midwest Elves Christmas Lighting (holiday installs, reinstalls, and takedowns) and Dreamcaster Outdoor Lighting (permanent landscape and architectural lighting). We're building out formal crews for this season and looking for people who want steady, skilled outdoor work, not just a seasonal gig. We're hiring for two roles: Crew Lead and Installation Tech. Apply for either. We'll place you where you fit best. What You'll Do Install, maintain, and take down residential and commercial lighting (holiday string lighting and/or permanent landscape/architectural fixtures) Work safely at heights using ladders and roof access Run wiring, mount clips/fixtures, and troubleshoot electrical connections Represent the company professionally on client properties Crew Leads additionally: manage a 2-4 person crew, run the day's job list, communicate with the office and clients, ensure quality control and safety compliance, and haul/manage the trailer What We're Looking For Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, including cold Comfortable on ladders and roofs Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong work ethic and ability to follow a checklist/process

Crew Leads:

prior lead/supervisory experience, strong communication skills, ability to problem-solve on-site without hand-holding No experience required for Tech roles — we train. Landscaping, construction, electrical, or roofing background is a plus. Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
