Job Description

As a Lounge Stage Technician in our iconic venues, you'll operate audio, video, and lighting systems for live music performances. You'll support visiting artists and coordinate with venue leadership and Manager of Production to deliver flawless technical execution across our multi-experiential venue, bar, and restaurant space. As the ideal candidate, you'll bring technical expertise, teamwork, and integrity to create unforgettable experiences for every guest. Plan, configure, and operate audio/visual equipment and systems, ensuring high-quality sound, lighting, and video for live productions and events.

Work with venue leadership to coordinate onsite production during events, providing stage direction when needed.

Operate video, lighting, and audio boards during events. Manage real-time mixing, video playback, and lighting adjustments to ensure smooth, professional event execution.

Provide day-to-day technical support and operational needs for sound, lighting, video, and backline systems. Select alternate equipment and system routing to trouble-shoot during live productions.

Perform regular cleaning, and basic repairs of audio, lighting, and video equipment to ensure all systems remain fully operational.

Report equipment technical issues to management.

Adhere to SOPs for safe and compliant use of all equipment throughout load-in, operation, and load-out.

Follow all corporate standards, policies, and procedures in accordance with regulations. Maintain personal integrity, support company principles, and follow brand SOPs.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience 2+ years' experience working as audio, lighting, or video engineer in live music entertainment

Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and repair procedures required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Working knowledge of live audio/acoustics, stage lighting, and video engineering required

Able to learn new technologies and equipment Licenses / Certifications Non-Gaming Work Permit Card required upon hire This position requires a pre-employment drug screening (4-panel: phencyclidine, cocaine, amphetamines, and opiates). Physical Requirements

Speak, hear, and use non-verbal cues to communicate and use near, distant, and color vision. Frequent walking and standing. Occasionally climbs, sits, kneels, bends, steps up/down and reaches above shoulder. May repeatedly traverse stairs and walk on uneven terrain, often while carrying product. Frequently lifts/carries up to 50 lbs. May occasionally be required to team-lift over 50 lbs. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Working Conditions

Entertainment and restaurant environment subject to both BOH and FOH areas in close proximity to others and elevated noise levels.
