Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotworx Studio Manager with proven experience in managing fitness or wellness studios to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional client experiences, and coordinate marketing efforts to promote our innovative heat-based workout sessions. Your technical proficiency in media editing tools, lighting systems, and live production will be essential to creating an engaging environment that motivates members and elevates brand presence. Duties Manage daily studio operations, including scheduling classes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring equipment functionality. Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all members. Oversee media content creation, including filming, editing, and producing promotional videos using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other graphic design software. Operate broadcast studio equipment, theatrical lighting, audio systems, and live event AV production tools to enhance class experiences and promotional events. Coordinate marketing initiatives by utilizing Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to develop engaging digital content for social media and advertising campaigns. Ensure proper setup of lighting for video production and live performance environments, maintaining high standards of visual quality. Conduct regular maintenance checks on all technical equipment related to video production, lighting systems, and audio devices to guarantee optimal performance. Experience Proven experience managing fitness or wellness studios with demonstrated leadership skills. Strong background in videography, media editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator), and live event AV production projects. Technical proficiency with broadcast studio equipment operation, theatrical lighting equipment, rigging, and audio/video processing systems. Hands-on experience with photography, video editing (Adobe Premiere), post-production workflows, and broadcast quality video content creation. Familiarity with lighting for video production and the use of lighting systems to enhance visual storytelling. Prior involvement in live production performance settings or media editing projects that showcase your ability to coordinate complex technical tasks efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask across various technical responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
