Job Overview Company:
Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Northern Ohio Salary/Pay Rate:
$19 to 22 per hour (plus Commission and Performance Bonuses).
Location:
Solon, OH Job/Employment Type:
Full Time.
Schedule:
Four 10-hour days (Monday - Thursday typical) with 3-day weekends.
Project Scope:
Residential and Commercial Exteriors.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License (Clean driving record). The Opportunity You will serve as a key field professional for the market's most respected outdoor lighting business, bringing high-end architectural and landscape designs to life. This role offers the unique chance to work for a 4.9-star Google-rated team where your technical skill directly enhances the beauty and security of premier properties. You will enjoy a consistent 4-day work week and a supportive environment that provides all the tools and training necessary for a long-term career. How You Will Make an Impact Execute the precise installation of lighting fixtures and low-voltage wiring according to custom design plans. Construct and mount transformers while expertly connecting wire runs to ensure system reliability. Educate clients on system operations and additional service offerings to enhance their outdoor living experience. Maintain the highest standards of property care by performing meticulous site clean-up after every installation. Manage on-site inventory levels and company vehicle maintenance to ensure daily operational readiness. Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges and maintain strict project timelines. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven ability to operate with a high level of technical aptitude and attention to detail. Possession of a valid driver's license with no moving violations or accidents within the last three years. Demonstrated commitment to professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills. Willingness to travel within the region and work in an outdoor field environment. Ability to work outdoors at heights on ladders. Preferred Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in customer-facing roles with a track record of upselling or client education.
