Job Description

General Exposition Services is a rapidly growing trade show contractor committed to providing premium equipment and service to our clients and exhibitors. We are seeking a reliable and efficient Custom Exhibit and Graphics Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, in-person position supports multiple departments by helping procure finished products, facilitating the assembly of custom-designed displays, and managing graphics and materials inventory. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales. Responsibilities Assist with printing and cutting graphic materials for event installation; training will be provided. Coordinate with the Vice President of Sales and Graphics Manager to maintain printed graphics inventory. Manage raw-material inventory in coordination with the Vice President of Sales and Graphics Manager. Prepare, clean, and maintain hardware used for custom exhibits and graphics applications under the direction of the Vice President of Operations and Director of Warehouse Operations. Preassemble standard exhibit units and install graphics as needed; training will be provided. Inspect graphics equipment returning from events for damage and report any issues to the appropriate department leaders. Follow work orders and prepare graphics equipment as outlined, ensuring that high-quality materials are shipped to show sites. Manage inventory of exhibit hardware and show-specific graphics. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Provide support in the warehouse and at show sites as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Trade show or event experience preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule during peak seasons. Ability to operate a forklift and obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire; training and licensing will be provided. $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
