Fusing Afro-House, Tech House, and Arabic melodic roots with live instrumentation (sax, violin, drums), Sirocco hosts packed, high-vibe dates across top-tier venues and club circuits worldwide. We are hiring a sharp, relentless Tour Manager & Operations Lead who knows the global electronic nightlife ecosystem inside and out. The Role You are the general on the ground. You own the road, the booth, the advancing, contract execution, vendor management, and the run-of-show. From locking in technical specs with club production leads to managing travel itineraries, vendor payouts, VIPs, stage access, and end-of-night settlements, you ensure KICE and Treble Squad step into a flawless environment every single night. Zero chaos, zero excuses—just elite execution. Key Responsibilities 1.

Advancing, Production & Technical Ops Club & Production Advancing:

Advance all technical and hospitality requirements directly with venue talent buyers, production directors, and stage managers.

Tech Rider Enforcement:

Ensure precise setup of Pioneer CDJs (CDJ-3000s, DJM-A9/900NXS2), monitors, wireless mic/pack frequency scans for live instruments (sax/violin), and lighting/FX production.

Firmware & Backup Management:

Verify venue CDJ/mixer firmware is updated to the latest version; carry backup rekordbox USBs, spare audio cables, and Zoom board recording setups.

Travel & Logistics:

Build and distribute bulletproof Master Tour sheets, flight routings, hotel blocks (locking in early check-ins & guaranteed late check-outs), excess baggage waivers, ground transport, and artist riders. 2.

Business Operations, Contracts & Vendor Management Multi-Cam Setup:

Own and deploy Sirocco's on-site multi-camera video recording rig (gopros/action cams/DJ booth angles), ensuring proper placement, audio sync feeds, and recording integrity throughout the night.

Photo Vendor Hiring:

Source, advance, and manage local venue/event photographers in each city. Provide exact shot lists, brand guidelines, and ensure quick-turn asset delivery.

Contract Administration:

Review and enforce venue agreements, artist performance contracts, and vendor agreements across all tour stops.

Vendor & Local Staff Hiring:

Source, hire, and manage local show teams per city (door hosts, photo/video crews, lighting techs, specialty performers/dancers).

Light Accounting:

Track outgoing vendor costs, travel expenses, ticket revenue payouts, and bar splits; execute post-show city P&Ls to master accountant. 3.

On-Site Tour Management & Booth Control Run-of-Show:

Control stage access, artist escorts, set times, and Green Room/booth hospitality.

Sound Check & Line Check:

Lead afternoon sound checks, gear line checks, and monitor mixes alongside venue audio engineers.

VIP & Door Management:

Coordinate with venue door heads and VIP hosts to guarantee smooth entry for artist guests, team, and VIP buyers using Posh/RA scanners.

Financial Settlement:

Execute end-of-night box office and bar settlements directly with venue management (guarantees, door splits, bar cuts, POS receipts). Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Tour Manager or Road Manager in electronic music (House / Tech House / Afro-House / MENA Knowledge preferred).

Deep Tech Knowledge:

You know Pioneer gear, audio routing, wireless RF systems, and stage setups.

Nightlife Standard:

You know how major venues operate (NYC, Miami, Chicago, Ibiza, Dubai) and how to handle club owners, promoters, and production crews effortlessly.

Contract & Financial Literacy:

Comfortable managing venue contracts, local vendor teams, and running end-of-night cash/POS settlements.

Software:

Proficient in Master Tour (or equivalent tour management software), Excel/Google Sheets, Posh.vip, and Resident Advisor.
