Job Description
About the Role As an Installation Technician at Captivate, you will play a vital role in bringing high-end residential technology to life. You'll be responsible for installing and troubleshooting sophisticated A/V systems, home theaters, networks, and lighting solutions. This is a full-time, in-person position reporting directly to our Project Manager. We are looking for a technically inclined, hands-on professional who is curious about how things work and hungry to grow. Ideally, you are a trustworthy individual with a pleasant disposition and high emotional intelligence. Technical Skills & Experience Required Experience with construction sites, A/V, lighting, shading, and control systems. Proven ability to troubleshoot devices and interpret technical documents/floor plans. Physical capability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools, and lift up to 75 lbs.
