You'll work with a variety of electrical and mechanical systems, interpreting technical drawings and schematics to deliver stunning holiday experiences for clients. Your technical proficiency and attention to detail will help create memorable holiday moments while maintaining high safety standards. Duties Install holiday lighting displays using electrical diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to ensure secure and efficient setups Troubleshoot electrical issues with schematics, technical drawings, and tools such as ohmmeters to identify faults quickly Perform routine maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) on lighting equipment and heavy-duty tools or machinery involved in installation processes Interpret technical schematics and drawings to accurately assemble and disassemble lighting structures and support systems Conduct safety inspections of electrical connections, mechanical components, and heavy equipment mechanics to prevent hazards during installation and removal Use technical proficiency to diagnose issues with lighting systems, ensuring all displays operate flawlessly throughout the holiday season Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and quality assurance Experience Proven experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical systems efficiently and safely Mechanical knowledge related to the assembly, disassembly, and repair of complex equipment or structures Hands-on experience with heavy equipment mechanics or operating large machinery used in installation processes Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices within a technical or industrial environment Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams accurately Proficiency with testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality work under tight deadlines This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend technical expertise with creative expression during the festive season.
