Full Job Description Job Type:
Part-time, Seasonal (Now through March)
Pay:
$25-$35/hour, based on experience, with performance-based raises (up to +$5/hr) as you build skills Fleming's Holiday Lighting installs and maintains large-scale holiday lighting displays across Seattle, Bellevue, and the surrounding area — including Snowflake Lane at Bellevue Square, Lumen Field, and the Amazon campus. We're a small, close-knit crew, and we're looking for one more full-time team member to join us for the season, with real potential to come back year after year and grow into higher-paying, specialized roles. What you'll do: Work outdoors with a small crew installing and maintaining lighting displays at job sites throughout the Seattle-Bellevue area Learn to safely operate extension ladders Set up basic traffic control in public spaces (cones, caution tape, stanchions) Help load, transport, and organize equipment and materials What we're looking for: Comfortable working outdoors, on your feet, and at heights Able to safely climb and work from ladders (training provided) Reliable transportation to job sites A team player who shows up on time and takes pride in the work No experience required — we'll train the right person. Prior ladder, lift, or landscaping/tree work experience is a plus.
Schedule:
Flexible hours during the work week between the hours of 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (25-30hrs/week). Some flexibility needed around weather and project deadlines.
