Job Overview We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and hardworking Permanent Light Installation Pros to join our specialized lighting division. Unlike standard seasonal decorators, your sole focus will be the precision installation of year-round, low-voltage architectural smart lighting systems on residential and commercial rooflines. If you are highly confident working at heights, thrive in an outdoor team environment, and are excited to operate specialized high-reach compact equipment, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities Precision Installation:

Safely and professionally layout, mount, and secure color-matched aluminum tracks and permanent smart LED lighting systems under rooflines, fascia, and soffits.

High-Reach Operation:

Confidently setup, climb, and maneuver extension ladders, and safely operate compact tracked lifts/boom equipment to access complex roof structures.

Clean System Integration:

Handle low-voltage wiring, conceal cables seamlessly for an invisible daytime look, and connect smart home controllers.

Client Communication:

Maintain a professional appearance and communicate courteously and clearly with high-end homeowners and HOAs.

Equipment Maintenance:

Keep premium installation materials organized, maintain tools in good working order, and strictly follow all fall-protection safety protocols.

Qualifications Heights & Ladder Mastery:

Must be 100% comfortable working at heights, walking on roofs, and handling heavy extension ladders daily.

Equipment Confidence:

Comfortable operating, driving, and positioning compact crawler lifts or articulated boom platforms (full safety and operational training provided). Strong Attention to

Detail:

A sharp eye for clean lines, making sure tracks are perfectly level, flush, and visually integrated with the home's architecture.

Logistics & Dependability:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites are highly preferred.

Weather Resilient:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic while working outdoors in varying Wisconsin weather conditions.
