This role provides strategic leadership in managing live table games, including craps and roulette, while driving innovation and enhancing the overall guest experience. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information. Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or related field preferred. Five to ten years' experience in table games management. Proven success in a multi property oversight. Strong ability to develop and enforce standardized policies across properties. Experience in introducing new games, promotions, and loyalty programs across different markets. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Tribal Preference given to qualified tribal applicants.
