Job Description:
We're partnering with a high-growth CPG brand to hire a Growth Leader to cover a short term leave for a 20-30 hour commitment per week in El Segundo, CA. This role owns day-to-day acquisition strategy and performance , with full responsibility for paid media budgets across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration across media, creative, CRO, and agency partners - focusing on strategy, decision-making, and scale , not hands-on buying. What you'll do: Own and allocate paid media budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and new channels Guide creative and influencer strategy using performance insights Partner with ecommerce on CRO and website testing priorities Act as the escalation point when performance shifts Manage agencies and lead weekly performance reviews Collaborate closely with executive leadership Who this is for: Senior growth leaders with DTC or omnichannel experience Strong in paid media strategy, creative performance, and agency leadership Comfortable stepping in quickly and owning results in a fast-moving environment
