Commercial Insurance Producer -
Boca Raton, FL Salary:
Base Salary:
$75,000 - $120,000 plus uncapped Commission Structure Position Summary Our client is seeking a Commercial Insurance Producer to drive growth within our Property & Casualty Division. The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with experience developing new commercial insurance opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and delivering comprehensive risk management solutions.
Responsibilities:
Generating new business opportunities, managing the sales process from prospecting through implementation, and working closely with our service and carrier partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Generate new commercial insurance business through networking, referrals, prospecting, centers of influence, and strategic partnerships. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Conduct client risk assessments and identify coverage gaps. Present customized insurance and risk management solutions. Collaborate with account management and service teams during implementation and onboarding. Cross-selling employee benefits, HR consulting, and ancillary insurance products where appropriate. Develop relationships with carriers, underwriters, and strategic partners. Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records within CRM. Participate in industry associations, networking events, and community activities. Meet and exceed established sales and revenue goals. Stay current on market trends, coverage forms, carrier appetite, and emerging risks.
Qualifications:
Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License required. Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance sales experience preferred. Demonstrated success in generating new business. Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Existing book of business preferred but not required.
