Job Description

This position leads Fort Lauderdale United's digital presence, audience growth, and performance marketing across all owned and paid channels. You will oversee social media, website, SEO/SEM, email, CRM, and paid media, with a mandate to grow the club's fan base, drive ticket and youth program revenue, and build the most compelling digital sports brand in South Florida. Responsibilities Own the club's overall digital strategy, channel mix, and audience growth targets Oversee the marketing attribution infrastructure:
GA4, UTM
standardization, Looker Studio reporting Drive paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and programmatic channels Ensure Pipedrive CRM and Salesmsg SMS integration support ticket sales and youth enrollment funnels Report monthly on digital
KPIs:
reach, engagement, CAC, email open rates, paid ROAS Champion bilingual (English/Spanish) digital content as a strategic advantage in the South Florida market Qualifications 6+ years in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role Deep experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and email platforms Proven track record growing social audiences and driving measurable revenue from digital channels Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Looker Studio or similar BI tools Preferred Sports, entertainment, or live events digital marketing experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM or similar sales-integrated CRM platforms This is a hands-on, in-person role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Candidates should be prepared to work approximately 60 hours per week across six days and thrive in a culture built on hard work, accountability, and opportunity.
Compensation Salary range:
$56,000 – $70,000, depending on experience. Eligible for performance bonus tied to audience growth, digital engagement, ticket sales, youth program registrations, and key revenue-generating marketing initiatives. To apply, send resume and portfolio to tommy@ftlutd.com
