  • Establish and enforce paid media standards, best practices, and operational guardrails to ensure consistency and excellence.
Director, Paid Media Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Lead the Media Planning & Activation team, setting strategic priorities and maintaining high standards for execution and delivery.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual media planning processes, aligning closely with Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams.
  • Facilitate actionable insights through performance reviews, optimization strategies, and comprehensive reporting mechanisms.
  • Advance measurement frameworks, including incrementality testing and media effectiveness analysis, to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless integration and execution of media strategies across the marketing funnel.
  • Act as the senior client lead for paid media agencies, ensuring accountability for impactful and innovative campaign outputs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Director, Paid Media Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years managing enterprise-level paid media programs, including Paid Search, Programmatic Display, and Paid Social.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing teams, agencies, and substantial media budgets.
  • Expertise in ad tech platforms, such as Google Marketing Platform and Adobe Analytics, and advanced measurement frameworks.
  • Proficiency in incrementality testing, attribution models, and data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
