This individual is responsible for attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing real estate agents while leading the leadership team to achieve ambitious growth objectives. The Director is accountable for increasing agent count, agent productivity, market share, profitability, and overall organizational performance through strategic leadership, recruiting excellence, coaching, and execution. Mission of the Role To grow Keller Williams Preferred Realty by attracting productive agents and teams, developing strong leaders, increasing agent productivity, and creating a culture that becomes the brokerage of choice in the Twin Cities south metro. Compensation Competitive base Salary with substantial bonus potential. This role is structured to reward high performers, offering significant upside tied to recruiting results, talent quality, and company growth objectives.
Compensation:
$65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Recruit productive agents and teams from competing brokerages Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives Lead and develop the agent services team Build and oversee attraction marketing campaigns Champion the Keller Williams value proposition in the marketplace Drive retention, productivity, and agent engagement Build strategic relationships with influential agents/industry leaders in the marketplace Uphold accountability and performance standards throughout the organization Collaborate with the agent services team to achieve growth and profitability objectives Success in This Role Looks Like Consistent recruitment of productive agents and teams Growth in agent count and market share Increased agent productivity Strong leadership team performance High agent retention and engagement Increased profitability A culture that attracts and retains top talent and drives results
Qualifications:
