See our work at 325productions.com. The Role We're hiring a Video Director (or above) to own projects end to end — from concept through final cut. You'll set the creative bar, run the set, and make sure every client experience is excellent. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Video Director / Senior Video Professional to lead the creation of compelling visual content across multiple platforms. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of video production, from conceptual storytelling to post-production editing, ensuring high-quality output that engages audiences and elevates brand presence. Your expertise in videography, media editing tools, and broadcast studio equipment will drive innovative projects that captivate viewers and communicate powerful narratives. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative leader passionate about visual storytelling and media production to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment. Duties Lead the planning, scripting, and execution of video projects across social media platforms, digital channels, and broadcast outlets. Manage all stages of video production, including creative direction, scripting, filming, directing talent, post-production to ensure professional quality. Operate studio equipment and lighting systems to produce visually engaging content suitable for live or recorded formats. Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite to craft polished final products. Manage client relationships and deliver an excellent experience, every time Coordinate project timelines, resources, and team members effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Skills Strong storytelling ability with excellent writing skills to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Proficiency in audio and video processing techniques including media editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications. Skilled in content editing, graphic design software, and post-production workflows to deliver professional-grade videos. Knowledge of broadcast studio equipment operation along with lighting techniques tailored for video production environments. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management principles while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in videography including camera operation, framing, composition, and technical troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders across departments.
