What you´ll do Lead National and Retail Media strategy across a portfolio of adhesive brands and customers, driving awareness, consideration, and sales through data-driven marketing investments Leverage media platforms, website analytics, and marketing technologies to uncover insights, evaluate performance, and identify growth opportunities Key responsibilities include translating brand and account objectives into media strategies, recommending budget allocations, guiding agencies and media partners, evaluating creative effectiveness, measuring business impact, and communicating performance and recommendations to stakeholders Work closely with brand teams, customer account teams, and other marketing team members to create cohesive campaigns Recommend annual media spend and budget allocations aligning to key business objectives. Maintain budget tracking for planned versus actual spend Establish channel investment strategies, evaluate budget scenarios, and develop media recommendations aligned to brand, customer, and organizational growth objectives Create the annual and campaign specific media briefs to guide agency partners to develop media strategies. Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop testing roadmaps, evaluate creative effectiveness, identify creative fatigue, and recommend optimization opportunities based on performance insights Collaborate on website improvements and optimizations for each brand across various CMS platforms, working with agencies and global support teams Develop executive-level performance reporting, quarterly business reviews, and actionable recommendations that translate media performance into business impact for marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders What makes you a good fit 4+ years of national and retail paid media experience required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or similar Capable of managing multiple brands, product categories, customer accounts, and agency partners Strong understanding of the full Paid Media landscape including Retail Media, Paid Search, Paid Social, Retail Media, etc. Experience in developing and optimizing National Media strategy aligned to various brand and customer account objectives with key partners such as Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, TTD, etc. Expertise with Orange Apron Media, Lowes Media Network, Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads/DSP, and emerging retail media platforms Ability to track audiences from National Media throughout their journey - from initial media engagement, through our owned websites, and/or to retail sites for conversion Ability to interpret data, assess campaign performance, and make informed decisions and recommendations utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, etc. Experience reviewing website analytics trends from paid sources (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to recommend campaign or onsite optimizations Familiarity with Monday.com (or similar project management tool) to keep all teams and agency partners aligned on tasks, projects, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables Some benefits of joining

In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
