Childrens Ministry Director

Fellowship Bible Church is a growing church in Tulsa committed to being fueled by the gospel, rooted in prayer, and urgent in mission. We are beginning the search for a new Children s Ministry Director. We are praying for a leader who loves Jesus and the local church and who feels genuinely called to disciple children while partnering closely with parents. The person we are seeking must be both a shepherd and a builder - someone passionate about investing in volunteers, developing leaders, and cultivating a ministry culture where families feel supported and children are excited to learn about Jesus. This role is not simply about managing programs. We are looking for someone who sees children s ministry as a frontline mission field - a leader who will foster an environment where children grow in their understanding of the gospel and begin building a foundation of faith that leads them into a lifelong relationship with Christ.
