Director of Production Walnut Street Theatre - 3.7 Philadelphia, PA Job Details Full-time $160,000 a year 9 hours ago Qualifications Live production performance Full Job Description Walnut Street Theatre is America's oldest theatre and one of the nation's most financially stable arts organizations with a $17M annual budget, producing a 5-show Mainstage season, and 3-show Studio season, a 2-show Children's Theatre season, and educational programs. The Director of Production is a member of Senior Staff and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production department at the theatre and Scene Shop, including: budgeting and financial controls; hiring, maintaining and supervising production staff and stage managers; providing oversight of the design and production processes; IATSE stage crew, set, prop and wardrobe shops; the manufacturing or acquisition of all sets, properties and costumes and their rentals; and coordinating all schedules relating to production. This is an in-person full-time position.
