Lead Your Own Team. Keep More of What You Earn. Keller Williams Latitude 33 is seeking an experienced Commercial Team Lead to establish, grow, and lead our Commercial Division. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a commercial real estate professional who wants the freedom to build their own team while leveraging the world's largest real estate franchise and one of the fastest-growing commercial platforms in the industry. Unlike traditional commercial brokerages with perpetual commission splits, Keller Williams offers a commission cap , allowing you to dramatically increase your income once your annual cap has been reached. Why Top Commercial Brokers Are Making the Switch Most commercial brokerages operate on commission splits that never end. Whether you're on a 50/50, 60/40, or 70/30 split, your brokerage continues earning a percentage of every transaction throughout the year. At Keller Williams, your commission split is capped annually. What That Could Mean Financially Consider a commercial broker who earns: $500,000 in Gross Commission Income (GCI) On a traditional 70/30 split, approximately $150,000 goes to the brokerage. With Keller Williams' capped model, once you've reached your annual cap, you keep nearly all of your commission for the remainder of the year (subject to standard transaction fees).
