Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Benefit Eligible Yes Screening Date 2026-05-13 Job Description Summary The Director of Football Video & Creative Services assists and supports all aspects of the team's creative, video and recruiting efforts, while adhering to NCAA, Mid-American Conference, University and departmental rules and regulations. Job Description Essential Duties Manage all aspects of internal creative media and recruiting materials for the Miami Football Program Serve as the primary point of contact for all the Head Coach and General Manager's creative media needs Manage any photo and video shoots for all recruiting visits and events Develop an annual, monthly, and weekly creative plan for the recruiting department to ensure production of all personalized and generic recruiting graphics. Work with the General Manager on the schedule, timing and execution of the recruiting communications plan. Manage the organizational process for all creative content produced through Miami football Think creatively toward recruiting design and content to ensure that Miami Football stays on the forefront of creative content in the recruiting space. Recruit and supervise creative student interns/assistants Coordinates videotaping of football games and practice for both home and visitor cameras. Supervises and trains employees in all facets of the operation of the Video Department. Assist the Director of Football Operations with other administrative duties associated with practice, competition, and football related events and projects as needed. Other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (by hire date) Previous experience with an intercollegiate athletic program (in any capacity) Preferred Qualifications Master's degree. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, and travel out of town. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to produce creative content. Strong working knowledge of all NCAA rules and regulations with an emphasis on recruiting bylaws Must possess the ability to meet project deadlines and work under time constraint and pressure.
