Job Summary This role is responsible for supporting the Strategic Partnerships function as well as managing a team of Talent Motions Managers. While the role has clearly defined areas of responsibility, it is also fluid and will need to be able flex into areas of focus, as needs of the function shift. They may need to step in as a delegate for Strategic Partnership Leadership Team members. They will engage in complex situations, requiring prioritizing competing demands, which requires understanding business/stakeholder needs, and facilitating outcomes based on changing priorities. This will require outstanding organizational skills and trust. The role requires an individual who collaborates well and drives results through others, can establish strong credibility and trusted relationships to manage sensitive and delicate matters, and can speak up, step up and offer alternative viewpoints with credibility. They must bring an enterprise mindset, with strong business acumen, creativity, humility, and levity to all work efforts. An effective candidate will have strong ability to build deep partnerships, analyze nuanced issues, synthesize, and strategically communicate, and lead through influence. Responsibilities Cross functional interlock Engages with FPTs to ensure a certain level of consistency is met, including defining, improving, and enabling a predictable talent motion cadence that seamlessly weaves together all People Team initiatives into meaningful, coordinated, and timely talent conversations with business leaders. Collaborates with Workforce Insights to ensure the metrics and tools are available to facilitate these strategic people conversations. Remains closely aligned to People Team Big Bet owners to support Strategic Partnership enablement of products and solutions, share and receive feedback, and ensure business sentiment is shared Remains closely aligned with Strategy team to ensure Strategic Partnership initiative timelines are accurately represented and resourced, flagging any time ,mindshare, or resource constraints People Management Leads a team of Talent Motions Managers who are flexibly deployed across FPTs to support strategic and transformational HR needs on a project or interim basis Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to assess demand, prioritize assignments, and ensure alignment of HRBP capabilities with organizational goals Oversees resource allocation, ensuring timely and effective deployment of the team to support workforce planning, organizational change, and talent strategies Provides coaching, performance feedback, and professional development to the team working in dynamic, cross-functional environments Monitors engagement, workload, and impact of team, using data to inform decisions and continuously improve deployment strategies Develop and maintain scalable processes for intake, assignment, onboarding, and offboarding of Talent Motions Manager resources, leveraging best practices from other pooled resource teams Fosters a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous learning within the pooled team Strategic Support & Program Management Is a strategic thought partner and member of the Strategic Partnerships Leadership Team (SPLT) in service to achievement of our organizational goals and objectives, to identify areas of opportunity for process improvement, and overall improved effectiveness/efficiency Proactively prepares for HRBP team meetings, SPLT meetings, PLT meetings, cross-functional interlock sessions, Estaff updates, etc. Designs, organizes, and facilitates agendas to ensure dialogue, decisions, follow-up and alignment with priorities and measures Ensures there are clear actions at all times and an environment of measured execution and continuous improvement Leads or represents Strategic Partnerships in cross-functional Enterprise/The People Team projects and initiatives, coordinating efforts among different teams and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget Communications Develops and drives effective communications across the Strategic Partnerships team, ensuring targeted messaging for audience and strategic timing to ensure right message at the right time Writes a variety of executive presentations, including PowerPoint presentations, video scripts, articles and other communications vehicles Budget and Resource Management Collaborates with Finance and ITS to develop and manage budgets and headcount plans, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and cost control Allocates budgets thoughtfully and in service to supporting enterprise and People Team initiatives Manages cost control and organizational changes within the team as needed Qualifications Minimum 15 years Human Resources experience, particularly in an HR Program Management, Business Advisory, HR Business Partner, or employee-facing role Previous experience managing teams of HR professionals preferred Excellent ability to source, synthesize and interpret data and context to tell astory and influence decision makers Strong evidence of systems thinking Strategic and transformational thinking, linking the organizational objectives toconcrete recommendations and options Experience of coaching senior level leaders, confidence in challenging leadersand offering alternative perspectives and input Experience leading organizational design, change management, andorganizational effectiveness preferred Experience with change management, executing of global HR programs Broad depth of experience across all HR concentrations Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action and solutions in line with business goals Skills and Attributes Anticipates business needs and adapts accordingly Leads change initiatives with clarity and confidence Proactively considers cross-functional and downstream implications Translates complex data into actionable insights Uses storytelling to influence and inspire Balances innovation with operational practicality Encourages diverse perspectives and healthy debate Influences with empathy and credibility Fosters inclusion, trust, and collaboration Demonstrates resilience and adaptability Encourages learning and development Promotes a culture of continuous improvement The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United StatesDallas Infomart Office DAI :
