As the Social Media Director , you will be the strategic leader behind the next phase of growth across the F&P ecosystem. We need a visionary who can see the full picture, build a unified digital strategy across multiple brands and channels, and lead execution with conviction. You won't be starting from scratch. You'll step into a role supported by existing audiences, a deep content library, an in-house production team, established platforms, and the resources needed to scale impact quickly. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional social media role. You will have a real seat at a table that is actively growing, with the ability to influence strategy, creative direction, brand positioning, and long-term digital growth across the company. Key Responsibilities You will lead strategy and own outcomes across five core areas:
Architect Unified Strategy:
Design, build, and execute a cohesive social media strategy across the entire F&P ecosystem, including F&P Brands, F&P Media, Life Currency Podcast, Pillar Mindset, RestroTech, and F&P Development.
Bridge Strategy & Execution:
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our in-house production, design, and operations teams daily to seamlessly connect high-level strategy to ground-level execution.
Own Resource & Outsourcing Decisions:
Act as the ultimate decision-maker on capacity; you will decide when to build and scale in-house and when to bring in premium outside talent.
Drive Compounding Growth:
Turn our existing content library, historical data, and infrastructure into compounding digital growth and audience retention across every social platform.
Build New Digital Presence:
Lead the initiative to bring F&P Development onto social media for the first time, architecting and building their digital presence completely from the ground up.
Requirements:

Compensation & Perks Competitive Base:
$120,000 starting salary.
