We operate like a creative boutique — focusing on next-generation marketing, digital media solutions, product design and customer experience — backed by the global engineering capabilities of EPAM Systems. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role featuring direct client exposure. You operate independently in complex spaces, playing a key role in the operational onboarding of a newly selected media agency following a large-scale consolidation. Req #1076343664
  • Responsibilities
  • + Manage and maintain client media taxonomy and business rules + Support tracking and pixel operations across the paid media ecosystem + Oversee data delivery and reporting requirements with agency partners + Ensure data integrity across the reporting ecosystem + Maintain and enforce channel standards across all paid media channels + Manage operating models and activation maps + Support compliance protocols in partnership with privacy and legal teams + Onboard a newly selected media agency to ensure partners meet data, tracking and capability standards + Maintain uninterrupted ad serving, campaign tracking and measurement throughout the agency transition •Requirements•+ Strong media planning and media strategy experience + Prior agency experience managing complex media executions + Track record of managing a large number of stakeholders and vendors + Familiarity with media operations, campaign management, financial oversight and marketing execution + Working knowledge of ad tech, martech and related media platforms + Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution + Technical literacy for navigating media tracking and data delivery ecosystems •Nice to have•+ Experience with automated media tools and AI platforms •This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed.
Salary range:
