The shooting unfolded on the night of Sept. 1 along Smith Jones Street near Smith Jones Park. Previously, 25-year-old Tyquan Frinks was arrested and charged with four counts of attempted murder. Now, 22-year-old Yahshua Hytower has been arrested and faces the same charges.
