Job Description
We're in search of a talented Studio Photographer (with Managerial Responsibilities) to join our Chandler, AZ satellite studio. The ideal candidate thrives in a people-centered environment, has prior experience in professional studio photography, and is comfortable taking on leadership duties. Join us in capturing unforgettable moments for seniors while helping lead daily studio operations! At our studio, we specialize in high school senior portraits and assist customers throughout the entire photography experience. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role on our team, including overseeing studio operations and supporting staff.
Job Details:
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in studio photography, preferably with high school seniors or family portraits. Ability to commute to our Chandler, AZ studio located at Pecos & McQueen crossroads. Availability required on Mondays and Saturdays, with occasional weekday shifts as needed. Hourly wage ranges from $20 to $22 based on skill, experience, and training period.Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality images of high school seniors and families using proper camera settings and lighting techniques. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, guiding them through sessions and resolving concerns. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. Maintain and update customer records accurately.Managerial Responsibilities:
Open and close the studio, ensuring all daily operational procedures are completed efficiently. Supervise and support team members during shifts, ensuring a productive and positive work environment. Train and onboard new staff in photography processes, customer service standards, and studio procedures. Ensure studio cleanliness, organization, and readiness for all scheduled sessions.Qualifications & Skills:
Strong understanding of color, framing, posing, and lighting techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking abilities, organization, and attention to detail. Comfortable leading a team and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, etc.). Bilingual skills are a plus.About Grads Photography:
