Contract / Freelance About Us SBP is a leading photo agency specializing in high-end corporate events, conferences, and brand activations. We work with Fortune 500 companies, innovative startups, and industry leaders to capture their most impactful moments. We are seeking a Corporate Event Photographer with at least 5+ years of experience and a strong portfolio in corporate and event photography. This is a contract-based position for various corporate events, conferences, networking functions, and executive gatherings. Responsibilities Capture high-quality images at corporate events, conferences, and networking sessions. Work with event coordinators to ensure all key moments, branding elements, and VIPs are documented. Provide well-composed, properly exposed, and sharp images with a professional aesthetic. Deliver a mix of candid shots, speaker/panelist portraits, branding elements, and event ambiance. Edit and deliver photos within the agreed-upon timeline (typically within 24-72 hours). Maintain a professional demeanor while working in high-profile corporate environments.
Requirements Experience :
Minimum 5+ Years Experience in Photography.
Portfolio:
Strong portfolio showcasing corporate and event photography.
Equipment:
Must own professional-grade gear, including: Full-frame DSLR or mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, Nikon, etc.) Variety of fast lenses (wide, mid-range, and telephoto) External flash and lighting equipment for indoor and low-light settings Backup camera, batteries, and memory cards
Skills:
Ability to adapt to different lighting environments quickly Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling in event photography Basic photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop) Excellent communication and professionalism when working with clients and event staff.
Availability:
Must be available for weekday and weekend events as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience photographing corporate clients, panel discussions, executive headshots, and keynote speakers . Ability to edit and deliver same-day or next-day turnaround when required. Experience with videography is a plus but not required.
