Job Description
We're looking for a strong Shooter/Producer with experience in unscripted, ensemble, docu-follow television. The ideal candidate has a great eye for story and a natural, vérité shooting style—someone who knows how to anticipate moments, find the story, and capture authentic, organic interactions as they unfold. Must be proficient with the Sony FX3 and comfortable working independently in the field. We're looking for someone who is self-sufficient, proactive, resourceful, technically confident, and creatively minded, with strong story instincts and the ability to connect with talent and build genuine trust. You should be collaborative, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment, while bringing a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to the job.
