Summer Contract (June 7 - August 8) At River Way, your lens is the window through which parents see their children grow, conquer fears, and make lifelong friends. You'll be in the action, on the lake, at the stables, and in the middle of the campfire glow, ensuring that every parent gets a daily peak into their child's unforgettable experience.

Who You Are:

A college student or young adult with a passion for photography and a "eye" for the perfect moment. You're ready to hike to the ropes course, hop on a boat, or run across the field to get the shot. You love making kids feel comfortable in front of the camera and can encourage even the shyest camper to smile. You understand that "The Daily Upload" is a lifeline for parents. You take pride in meeting daily deadlines and managing your digital assets effectively. You're someone who takes responsibility seriously and can be a great example and guide for others, making sure everyone feels included, respected, and safe. You're looking forward to learning and growing both for yourself and in your job.

Key Responsibilities:

Photograph daily activities including water sports, horse riding, evening programs, and candid "bunk life" moments. Sort, basic-edit, and upload high-quality images to our parent portal daily. Work closely with the Media Team to highlight specific weekly themes and milestone moments of our 60th summer. While your primary tool is a camera, you are a member of the River Way family, assisting with daily operations and being a positive presence for our campers.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older by June 1st Experience with DSLR or Mirrorless cameras and a basic understanding of photo editing (Lightroom/Bridge).
