Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or preparing ingredients under supervision Support the cleaning of kitchen stations, dining areas, and service equipment to ensure a spotless environment Handle food handling responsibilities in accordance with safety protocols during dishwashing and cleaning processes Collaborate with servers and catering staff to ensure timely bussing of tables and smooth flow of service during busy hours Maintain organization of dishware storage areas and dispose of waste properly to promote cleanliness Support banquet and catering events by providing quick turnaround cleaning and dish support as needed Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with basic kitchen operations or hospitality environments such as hotels or catering services is a plus Experience with food handling, cleaning procedures, or culinary activities will help you excel in this role Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting the culinary team and guest experience This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.
