Join Ultimate Exposures , a leader in school and youth sports photography since 1987. We create memories for thousands of families every season, and we're looking for friendly, dependable people to join our team. Whether you're a student, an aspiring photographer or simply looking for a rewarding side hustle, we'll provide the training and equipment you need to succeed.

  • No Professional Photography Experience?
No Problem. Photography experience is helpful but not required . If you're comfortable learning new equipment, enjoy taking photos and love working with people, we'll train you. What You'll Do Photograph children at school and youth sports events Create a fun, comfortable experience for kids and families Stay organized while keeping sessions moving on schedule Set up and break down photography equipment (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.) Travel to event locations using your own reliable vehicle
  • What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with children and families Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Quick learners who enjoy feedback Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team players with a positive attitude Able to provide their own reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance Bonus!
Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras is a plus but not required.
  • Schedule This is a part-time, seasonal position .
Our busiest seasons are:
March-May August-October Most shifts are:
Weekends:
7:00 AM-4:00
PM Weekdays:
3:00 PM-8:00 PM
  • Weekend availability is required , and weekday afternoons are a big plus.

8, 15, 16, 22, 23, 30
September:
12, 13, 19, 20, 26
October:
3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 17, 18
Hiring Timeline Zoom Screening Calls:

Mandatory In-Office Training:
Saturday Morning, August 1
First Event & Field Training:
