This role focuses on documenting plant material, growing processes, inventory, and seasonal changes to support merchandising, marketing, and internal communication needs. The position requires a hands-on operator who can consistently produce accurate, usable, and organized visual assets that reflect current farm conditions. Key Duties and Responsibilities Capture high-quality images of trees, plants, and inventory across multiple farm locations Document plant growth stages, seasonal transitions, and overall farm conditions Photograph inventory for use in sales, merchandising, and digital platforms Partner with farm and merchandising teams to prioritize high-demand or featured product Maintain consistency in image quality, lighting, composition, and file naming conventions Organize and manage digital asset libraries for easy internal access and use Travel to various farm locations as needed to capture up-to-date content Support marketing team requests for specific photo needs, campaigns, or initiatives Ensure all images accurately represent product quality, size, and availability Assist with basic photo editing, cropping, and formatting for internal and external use

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1-3 years of photography experience, preferably in agriculture, outdoor, or product environments Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and basic photography equipment Working knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) Strong attention to detail and ability to capture accurate representations of plant material Ability to work independently in outdoor farm environments Comfortable traveling between farm locations as needed Basic understanding of plant material or willingness to learn quickly Strong organizational skills for file management and asset tracking Education BS in Photography or equivalent experience. Physical requirements/Working Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 15 pounds. Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in possibly extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind.
