Job Description

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented HR Coordinator / HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department in Valley Center, CA. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this role will assist with membership benefits administration, onboarding, personnel transactions, compliance documentation, and employee support services. Monday-Friday, Full-time, $25
  • 32/hr
DOE, Government Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of membership benefits and service programs
  • Coordinate membership enrollment and maintain accurate records
  • Support onboarding processes and personnel transactions
  • Ensure HR documentation and processes are completed accurately and in compliance with Tribal policies and procedures
  • Interface professionally with Members, Government Departments, Federal and State agencies, insurance carriers, and service providers
  • Respond to employee and member inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain confidential employee and membership information
  • Organize and prioritize work effectively while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous HR, onboarding, benefits, or administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred
