+ Media Day Assistant Capture Life Events / Capture Athletic Events is growing, and we're looking for an organized, dependable, energetic Studio

+ Media Day Assistant to join our team! This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced photography and sports media environment. Some weeks may have you working behind the scenes in the studio; others may have you loading equipment, creating special effects, and helping us bring a full Media Day experience to athletes and teams. We're looking for someone who can take initiative, stay organized, learn quickly, follow directions, and jump in wherever needed. No two days around here look exactly the same.

SCHEDULE

This position may include one or both of the following depending on availability and business needs:

STUDIO HOURS

| Approximately 8-16 hours per week Weekdays during school hours Studio responsibilities may include: Organizing and maintaining studio spaces, equipment, props, and supplies Preparing equipment and materials for studio sessions and Media Days Setting up and cleaning up before and after sessions Culling photography galleries Preparing and sending invoices Assisting with gallery and client preparation Operating our commercial large-format printer Assisting with print production, banners, yard signs, and other products Inventory and general studio organization Light administrative and computer-based tasks Assisting during studio sessions as needed Other day-to-day tasks that keep the studio running smoothly

MEDIA DAY HOURS

| Approximately 8-16 hours per week Primarily evenings and weekends Media Day responsibilities may include: Loading and unloading photography equipment Ability to lift 30 pounds Transporting and organizing gear Setting up and breaking down Media Day sets Assisting with lighting, props, and equipment Operating special effects including fog, simulated fire effects, water effects, and more Capturing behind-the-scenes video content Helping move athletes efficiently through stations Keeping equipment and sets organized throughout the event Assisting photographers and team members wherever needed Working outdoors and in gyms, stadiums, fields, pools, and other athletic environments Other Media Day duties as assigned

The right person for our team is: Dependable and punctual Extremely organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to take direction and recognize what needs to be done without always being asked Comfortable learning new equipment, software, and processes Professional when interacting with clients, coaches, athletes, parents, and staff Comfortable working around high school and youth athletes Able to stay focused when things get busy Willing to take notes and retain training and instructions Comfortable with physical work, including loading, unloading, carrying, bending, standing, and being on their feet for extended periods Flexible and willing to help with tasks outside of a traditional job description when needed Photography experience is not required. We can teach the right person our systems and equipment. Reliability, work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to learn are more important to us.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is a part-time, paid position with the opportunity to grow as our company continues to expand. Our studio isn't a sit-at-a-desk-all-day environment. One day you may be culling galleries and printing banners; the next you may be loading equipment, spraying fog, holding lights, filming BTS, or helping us transform a high school gym into a full Media Day set. Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 32.0 per week
