Deluxe Photo Inc. is a hospitality-focused photography company that uniquely blends the art of photography with high-impact, relationship-driven sales. For over a decade, we've partnered with major restaurant groups and venues across 15 states, delivering premium photo experiences that drive guest engagement and incremental revenue for our partners. We are hiring outgoing and motivated individuals to work as Restaurant Sales Photographers in busy locations. This role combines customer interaction, photography, and sales . No prior experience is required - onsite company training is provided.

Pay:

Commission Based Earning Average Earnings per Full Shift (8-10 hours): $300-$500+ depending on performance.

Typical shifts:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Sales plans and performance expectations are established and must be achieved, we provide full training. After successfully completing training and certification (3-10 days), photographers can earn $30-$40 per hour . Opportunity to earn more based on performance

Schedule:
Shift Schedules :

half shifts from 11am to 4pm (5-6h), or from 4pm to 10pm (5-6h) or full day shift from 11am-12pm to 9-10pm (8-10h), depends on location and day Opportunities for double shifts available Over time available No late nights

Training:

Paid training provided for all training shifts Ongoing support and coaching during all shifts

Responsibilities:

Approach restaurant guests Take photos and present photos for sale - the more photos you sell, the more commission you will get Follow company sales process Provide professional customer service with a friendly approach

Requirements:

Strong communication skills Reliable transportation and ability to commute to different work locations Professional and presentable appearance Confidence approaching guests Outgoing and friendly personality Positive attitude Reliable and responsible Results-driven and motivated by income Willingness to learn Ability to follow a structured system No photography experience required Sales experience is preferred
