Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM-4:00 AM Job Overview Golden State Scents is hiring energetic, confident, and dependable TikTok Live Sales Hosts to present and sell fragrance products during live auction-style streams. This is not a quiet retail position. We need someone who is comfortable being on camera, speaking continuously, interacting with viewers, and maintaining an entertaining atmosphere throughout their entire shift. The ideal candidate can keep viewers engaged, explain products clearly, encourage bidding, answer questions, and maintain positive energy even during slower periods. You will represent our company directly in front of customers, so professionalism, reliability, strong communication skills, and an outgoing personality are essential. Responsibilities Host live fragrance sales and auctions on TikTok Live. Present products clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically. Keep viewers engaged throughout the entire livestream. Explain fragrance notes, product features, pricing, and auction rules. Encourage viewers to participate, bid, follow the account, and remain in the livestream. Respond to viewer questions and comments in real time. Maintain consistent energy and conversation throughout the entire shift. Create excitement around products while remaining honest and professional. Clearly communicate that products are inspired-by fragrances when applicable. Follow company procedures, TikTok Shop policies, and livestream selling guidelines. Coordinate with the supporting team to ensure the correct products are shown and auctioned. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional livestream area. Learn product names, fragrance styles, and basic scent descriptions. Remain respectful and professional when dealing with difficult or demanding viewers. Work toward individual and team sales goals. What We Are Looking For Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera. Outgoing, entertaining, and able to hold viewers' attention. Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills. Able to speak continuously and naturally during long livestreams. Comfortable promoting products, encouraging bidding, and closing sales. Reliable, punctual, and available for the full scheduled shift. Able to remain standing for extended periods while performing the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Able to maintain a positive attitude and high energy throughout the shift. Quick learner who can remember product information and auction procedures. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment. Able to remain professional when viewers make negative comments or ask repetitive questions. Must have dependable transportation to the work location. Preferred Qualifications but not needed Previous experience with TikTok Live, social media, retail sales, auctions, customer service, acting, content creation, or public speaking. Familiarity with perfumes, colognes, beauty products, or fragrance notes. Experience meeting sales goals or working in a bonus-based sales environment. Knowledge of social media trends and online audience engagement. Previous livestreaming experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided to candidates who have the right personality, confidence, reliability, and willingness to learn. Physical and Work Requirements Ability to stand for a significant portion of the shift. Ability to speak clearly for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift and move product boxes weighing up to 30 pounds. Comfortable working around studio lighting, cameras, microphones, and fragrance products. Ability to perform repetitive product demonstrations during busy livestreams. Compensation Base pay of $20 per hour . Employees are eligible to earn monthly sales performance bonuses in addition to their hourly pay. Bonuses are based on sales performance and applicable company performance criteria. Sales bonuses are calculated and paid once per month. Opportunities for additional hours and advancement as the company grows. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate naturally enjoys talking to people, is not camera shy, and can turn a livestream into an entertaining shopping experience. You should be able to create conversation, maintain momentum, and keep viewers interested without becoming discouraged when the stream is slow. This position is best suited for someone who is confident, competitive, personable, dependable, sales-driven, and genuinely comfortable performing in front of an online audience.
