Luxury Real Estate Photographer & Drone Pilot | 50% Split | No Editing | Paid Travel

Jeeves Drones is looking for two elite photographers/drone pilots to join our team. We are currently filling a upcoming vacancy by our top-producing photographer. This role is for a seasoned pro who handles multi-million dollar listings with ease and demands the highest quality from their own work. You will be taking over clients with high expectations and require a white glove touch. Our clients bring us a range of projects from condos to mansions, from commercial photos shoots, to fun cinematic drone video for venues and entertainment. We even get random Matterport 3D Virtual tour jobs and animal search and rescue. But this position is for real estate photography and real estate videos only. Other expertise is welcomed but not required. We are seeking fine-tuned quality over variety of skills. We provide the jobs, the scheduling, and do all the editing. You show up, capture the shots, and move on to the next one. No 2:00 AM editing sessions. Ability to provide post editing touch ups as needed is a plus. The Financials 50/50

Split:

On all packages and on-site services (after editing costs).

Travel Paid:

$1.00 per mile (round trip) for every job beyond 10 miles from Denver.

Weekly Pay:

Consistent direct deposit every week.

Weekends Optional:

Option to accept jobs.

You choose your days, hours, and workload.

No Overhead:

We handle the marketing, invoicing, and customer service. What We Require (Zero Training Provided!) We are NOT looking for "aspiring" photographers. You must be "plug-and-play" ready for:

Luxury Photography:

High-end real estate shots (HDR or Flambient proficiency).

Cinematic Drone Photos and Videos:

Smooth drone videos and expert exterior photography (Part 107 Required).

Video Walkthroughs:

Interior gimbal walkthroughs or FPV (Avata 2) flythrough skills. Either one of these is a must. 3

D Tour Platform Experience:

Expert-level 3D tours (Matterport/Zillow) and CubiCasa floor plans. We are willing to help you learn these if your what we need for photos and videos.

Gear:

You must own a professional camera and lens, gear, a gimbal, and a 4K drone. Proferred Mavic series drone. Mini 3 or better is good enough for us.

The Schedule and Structure Freedom:

This is a 1099 contractor position. Work around your current schedule .

Availability:

We need someone with at least 1-2 days of morning/evening availability during the week.

Territory:

90% of shoots are around Denver and Boulder, with occasional high-ticket shoots in Colorado Springs, mountain areas, Ft. Collins. We don't often need to go farther than 1-2 hours away.
