Position Overview:

We're adding up to 4 Vidtographers this year to join our growing contractor network. You'll be the front-line media provider at property listings, capturing high-quality photos and videos while building rapport with clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on human interaction, enjoys being out in the field, and takes pride in consistent, professional service.

What You'll Do:

Travel to residential listings across our service area Capture photography and video walkthroughs and other media Represent the Crestline brand with warmth, professionalism, and reliability Maintain consistent communication with our team and clients

Optional:

take on twilight shoots with premium flat-rate incentives

What We Provide:

What You Bring:

Previous experience in real estate media required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (this is 70% of the job) Your own gear Clean, reliable personal vehicle Strong punctuality and dependability

Compensation:

Pay is per completed service and includes built-in trip fees. Crestline pays 10-30% above industry standard to reflect the higher expectations and service quality we maintain.
