We're looking for an energetic, creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help showcase our hunts and grow our brand across multiple platforms. Job Summary This is not a traditional office job. You'll spend much of hunting season in the Colorado mountains capturing unforgettable moments with clients, guides, horses, and wildlife. During the off-season, you'll edit content, manage social media, create marketing campaigns, and help grow one of the fastest-growing outfitting brands in the industry. Responsibilities Capture professional photos and videos during guided hunts Film drone footage (FAA Part 107 certification is a plus) Edit high-quality videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Create and schedule daily social media content Produce weekly YouTube videos and Shorts Photograph clients, guides, camps, horses, and scenery Gather client testimonials Assist with website updates and email marketing Maintain an organized library of digital media Travel throughout Colorado during hunting season Qualifications Experience with photography and videography Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Experience managing business social media accounts Strong communication and storytelling skills Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 pounds and hike in mountainous terrain Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Hunting or outdoor experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits $55,000-$70,000 annual salary Performance bonuses Company vehicle for work travel Camera equipment provided (or use your own) Paid travel during hunting season Opportunity for career growth in a rapidly expanding company Schedule Full-time Weekend availability during hunting season Seasonal travel throughout Colorado How to Apply Please submit: Résumé Portfolio or demo reel Links to your social media work (if applicable) A short cover letter explaining why you'd be a great fit for Dry Creek Ranch Outfitters.
