SK- 13 : Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the
GS/SK-12
level .Specialized experience includes:
1) Operating photography equipment including cameras and lighting; AND 2) Utilizing editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop; AND 3) Capturing live events, including candid moments, posed photos, and subject coverage; AND 4) Working cross-team or with clients to execute and deliver content.ACCOMPLISHMENT RECORD COMPETENCIES
