We're looking for a Washington, D.C.-area photographer/videographer to document our advertising placements: an LED 3D truck, a holographic truck, and digital airport ads at Reagan National Airport (DCA) .The goal is to capture the advertising clearly, along with its real-world surroundings, for use in marketing, social media, and campaign recaps.

Deliverables per location / placement

Photos:

15 edited, high-resolution photos. Include wide shots showing the placement in its surroundings, medium shots, and closer views where the advertising creative is clearly visible.

Video:

Approximately 3 separate, locked-off clips , each 15-30 seconds long . Keep the camera stationary—no pans or zooms—and capture different angles or framing. Show the advertising animation playing through wherever possible.

Please prioritize sharp, well-exposed footage, accurate colors, and minimal glare or screen flicker. Deliver photos and video clips as individual files, organized by location.

Shoot timing and locations will be coordinated around the advertising schedule. Airport access and filming permissions should be confirmed in advance.
