We specialize in milestone portraits, including birthday, maternity, family, couples, and branding photography. Our goal is to provide every client with high-quality images and a professional, memorable studio experience. We are looking for team members who combine strong technical skills with confident client direction. The ideal candidate understands flattering posing, studio lighting setup, composition, and the small details that elevate a final image. Compensation
  • Starting pay: $19.50 per hour.
  • Final rate may vary based on portfolio quality, technical skill, and studio trial performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional studio portrait sessions using established studio workflows.
  • Guide clients through flattering poses, expressions, and clothing adjustments.
  • Ensure clients feel comfortable, confident, and celebrated during their session.
  • Manage camera settings and studio lighting to maintain sharp focus and consistent exposure.
  • Keep sessions moving efficiently and maintain strict punctuality for all bookings.
  • Handle studio cameras, lighting modifiers, and tethering equipment with care. Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional photography experience.
  • An active, professional portrait photography portfolio.
  • Demonstrated experience directing and posing diverse clients.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of studio strobe lighting and modifiers.
  • Reliable transportation and exceptional communication habits.
  • Ability to adapt to an established studio production process. Preferred Background
  • Experience with birthday, maternity, family, or branding photography.
  • Familiarity with high-volume studio environments.
  • Knowledge of Canon camera systems and tethered shooting workflows.
