About the Role We're hiring a photographer/videographer to shoot residential and commercial properties throughout the Miami-Fort Lauderdale metro area. Flexible schedule, steady volume, and a clear workflow. What You'll Shoot Interior and exterior real estate photography (HDR bracket sets) Property walkthrough and cinematic listing videos Drone aerials (if FAA Part 107 certified) Occasional lifestyle and brand video shoots involving talent Requirements Strong understanding of how a camera works — exposure, aperture, shutter, ISO, and white balance. You can walk into any lighting situation and dial in a clean, properly exposed shot. A photography or video background of some kind. Real estate experience is not required — we'll train you on our shooting style, shot list, and HDR workflow. Backgrounds in weddings, events, portraits, architecture, automotive, or product all translate well.

Solid video skills:

stable handheld and gimbal work, exposure control, and color discipline- is a plus. Reliable vehicle and ability to cover Miami-Dade and Broward Punctual, detail-oriented, and professional with clients English required Editing skills are not required — we handle all post-production in-house.
