Job Description

Vedder Holsters is seeking a creative, driven Lead Photographer / Videographer to help spearhead our emerging multimedia team. In this role, you will consult, plan, and execute video production to create immersive brand experiences and guide potential customers through the buyer's journey. Additionally, you will ensure clear documentation, tracking, and accountability for project timelines, goals, and performance metrics across the multimedia team from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Plan, film, and edit on-site video recordings including location visits, interviews, company stories, and more. Capture high-quality photos and videos for use in PPC campaigns, search ads, website content, and social media. Collaborate with team members to develop, edit, and produce professional-quality photos and videos on a weekly basis. Edit raw video footage into engaging and polished media content. Maintain and develop a consistent video identity and branding across all visual content. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visuals. Ensure project timelines, product goals, and performance metrics are consistently documented and maintained in approved tracking and communication channels by photographer/videographer staff. Skills and Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in video editing. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects. Familiarity with Dropbox and Google Sheets, with the ability to manage appropriate upload speeds. Excellent time management skills. Experience in creating various types of videos such as how-tos, branded content, social media videos, product demos, YouTube videos/ads, FAQs, testimonials, training videos, and product-centered videos. Skilled in photography, with the ability to shoot and edit portraits, product images, and lifestyle shots. Scriptwriting experience is a plus.
