This is a client-facing, on-location role focused on capturing clean, consistent real estate media while following Nordy's shooting processes, standards, and guidelines. Prior real estate photography experience is required — we are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly. Most appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm, so weekday availability during those hours is important. You'll need reliable transportation and be comfortable driving between properties. Scheduling is tied directly to your Google Calendar, so accurate availability and avoiding double-bookings is a must. Just as important as learning the technical side is how you show up on-site. You'll be working with everyone from high-producing agents and builder teams to homeowners who may be experiencing their first listing. Clear communication, professionalism, punctuality, and a steady presence matter here. We will provide the resources and clear processes to help you learn how we shoot and deliver consistent media. The right fit is someone who takes direction well, uses the tools provided, follows processes closely, asks thoughtful questions, and is committed to improving.

•Compensation is per project and varies based on property size, complexity, and products ordered. This is not hourly pay.
