  • Contract Estate Shutter is expanding in Florida , and we're on the hunt for a talented, reliable freelance real estate photographer to join our growing team.
We specialize in creating high-quality listing media — fast, clean, and professionally delivered. This opportunity is ideal for a freelancer, student, or creative looking to work independently, capture beautiful interiors, and get paid per project without handling client admin or editing.
Responsibilities:
Photograph residential properties (interior & exterior) with a focus on quality and consistency Follow our proven shot list and brand style guide (training provided) Upload RAW files on the same day for editing by our in-house team Coordinate professionally with our operations team and arrive on time
Requirements:
Your own Digital Camera with a wide-angle lens Prior experience with real estate or interior photography (preferred) Reliable transportation throughout Sarasota and Surrounding Area Drone license Part 107, 360 camera, video experience is mandatory
What We Offer:
$50
  • 175 per shoot (freelance contractor) Flexible schedule (1-5 shoots/week) No editing or client management — just shoot and deliver!
