Job Summary We're looking for talented and passionate Contract Photographers to join our team in delivering unforgettable moments for students across the country. As a photographer with CADY, you'll be part of a high-energy, collaborative team that brings creativity, professionalism, and fun to every shoot. From senior portraits to large-scale school photography events, you'll play a key role in helping students feel confident and celebrated. This is a contract-based position with flexible scheduling during our peak seasons, ideal for creatives looking to build experience, earn supplemental income, or do meaningful work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Top 5 Responsibilities Provide concierge level service to our studio and school customers Exhibit strong soft skills in delivering a positive, unforgettable experience for each customer Use CADY owned photography equipment and trained expertise to capture CADY standard quality photos Travel and work offsite as needed for events or specific session types as assigned within a variable scheduling model Follow internal procedures and process to ensure accurate and timely processing of images Additional Responsibilities Test equipment and analyze event or session details prior to use to prepare for successful execution of the event or session Committing to and upholding CADY quality standards Participate in ongoing training as per individual, team, or business specific needs Transport CADY photography equipment to event locations as needed Collaborate with team members to uphold a supportive and cooperative work environment, contributing to a positive work team culture Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management team Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent Must pass a satisfactory background check Able to work well within a team setting and independently Amazing customer service and communication skills Willing and able to travel to all school events and studios within a given territory Must have reliable transportation Coachable with an ability to learn quickly and produce a quality output Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors This role physically requires frequent standing and walking for long shifts and extended periods of time Bending and lifting equipment up to 40 lbs. Able to bend or stoop Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to ascend and descend a ladder Able to read, write and speak in English Able to verbally communicate with customers and team members Significant noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., busy retail environment with camera flashes, music, tight spaces and crowded areas) Team members must be comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments with music, crowds, and lighting equipment
