Spoiled Rotten Photography is looking for energetic, dependable, child-loving people to join our school photography team. This is not a desk job. Our Photography Assistants are right in the middle of picture day, helping children smile, fixing hair and clothing, assisting with poses, keeping the schedule moving, and making picture day fun. The schedule is especially great for someone looking for meaningful, consistent part-time work during weekday mornings. It can be a great fit for someone whose children are in school, someone returning to the workforce, or someone with a flexible daytime schedule who enjoys staying active and working with children. We are looking for someone who can make this position a consistent commitment throughout our photography seasons. Because our schedule changes from week to week, this is not an ideal fit for someone who needs to work around a changing class schedule, internship, or other regularly changing daytime commitments. What Your Mornings Look Like You will travel to local schools throughout North Metro Atlanta and work alongside one of our photographers. You'll help: Get children laughing, smiling, and comfortable in front of the camera Assist with posing and make sure hair and clothing are picture-ready Keep picture day organized and running smoothly Set up and break down photography equipment Work with teachers and school staff Create a positive, memorable experience for every child You Might Be a Great Fit If You... Genuinely love working with children Are upbeat, outgoing, playful, and comfortable being a little silly Are extremely dependable and punctual Enjoy working as part of a fun, fast-moving team Don't mind being on your feet, bending, squatting, and moving throughout the morning Have experience with children through parenting, teaching, childcare, coaching, volunteering, or similar experience Photography experience is not required. We are much more interested in finding someone who is dependable, outgoing, and fantastic with children. The Schedule 2-4 weekday mornings per week Typical start: 7:00-7:45 AM Typical finish: 12:00-12:30 PM Our photography seasons run August through December and February through May . Nights, weekends, and school holidays are generally off, with only a few optional family portrait weekends throughout the year. Important Location Requirement Because of our early morning start times, applicants should live within approximately 10 miles of Woodstock, GA 30188. You must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling to different schools throughout North Metro Atlanta. Your assigned school may be different each workday. Pay & Growth Starting pay: $17/hour Up to approximately 20 hours per week No photography experience is required. We provide training, and Photography Assistants who are interested in learning more have opportunities to develop into Photographer positions.
