This is a client-facing, on-location role focused on capturing clean, consistent real estate media while following Nordy's shooting processes, standards, and guidelines. Prior real estate photography experience is not required — we are looking for someone who is motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly. Most appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, so weekday availability during those hours is important. You'll need reliable transportation and be comfortable driving between properties. Scheduling is tied directly to your Google Calendar, so accurate availability and avoiding double-bookings is a must. Just as important as learning the technical side is how you show up on-site. You'll be working with everyone from high-producing agents and builder teams to homeowners who may be experiencing their first listing, clear communication, professionalism, punctuality, and a steady presence matter here. We will provide the resources, and clear processes to help you learn how we shoot and deliver consistent media. The right fit is someone who takes direction well, uses the tools provided, follows processes closely, asks thoughtful questions, and is committed to improving. Compensation is per project and varies based on property size, complexity, and products ordered. This is not hourly pay. Requirements Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback Strong attention to detail Excellent communication, professionalism, and punctuality Ability to follow processes, checklists, and shooting standards Comfortable using training resources and asking questions when needed Minimum availability of 3 days/week, Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm Strong time management and calendar skills Comfortable driving between multiple locations per day Reliable transportation Ability to upload all files by 8:00pm on shoot days Comfortable working independently and representing Nordy on-site Helpful, But Not Required Interest in photography, video, drone work, real estate, or visual media Any prior camera, video, editing, or creative experience FAA Part 107 License or willingness to obtain one Drone, Matterport, or 360 camera experience Equipment Applicants should either have access to or be willing to obtain the equipment needed for the role, which may include: Drone with high-quality camera DSLR or mirrorless camera with bracketing capabilities Wide-angle lens Tripod with 3-axis head Matterport or compatible 360 camera Computer with high-speed internet for uploading files Smartphone, iPhone or Android The right person does not need to come in as an expert, but they do need to be dependable, coachable, organized, and ready to learn.
Pay:
